a. The first author proposed the idea that if Inexpensive and convenient free software with a user friendly manual, that enables volume-sale cheap cameras to be appropriately controlled and connected to PC and the Internet, is developed and provided, then ordinary residents can easily install their own home security systems to their houses. Then ordinary residents can easily organize a watch network system that covers their whole community.
